I'll be grading your skill: here we go!~

So, in list format, here is what needs to be changed:

TWINKLE EYE: Your Twinkle Eye, now, I'm going to need you to re-look at what you wrote and fix the grammatical errors/word it more properly. Also, Twinkle Eye's are a supplementary ability from this day forth, not physical. I will be editing all Gravity Children currently accepted their Twinkle Eye ability. So your Twinkle Eye ability needs to be changed from Physical to Supplementary.

Next, your rank, the rank for Twinkle Eye is your current class rank––which is D. Please make sure that you correctly look at our SKILL GUIDE ( click me ) to indicate that you properly placed the correct range for your class rank as to how far you can see and that you properly stamped this ability with the correct class rank.

To better help you, simply review the ability of a Gravity Child's Twinkle Eye. It is okay to copy/paste the ability word for word if need be! Make sure to indicate the excessive usage of it within your description, which is the drawback for over usage.

For Duration/Cool-down please indicate as to how long it can last and what is the cool-down. Being that he is D-Rank, a befitting number for his duration should be no bigger then 2 Duration / 2 or 3-cool-down. The more he progresses this ability/purchases the upgrade for this ability the farther his range not only grows, but also how long he can keep it active may also increase as he progresses.
NEMEAN CLOAK: For this ability I'm going to have to suggest that this be better explained. Is this some sort of physical ability involving his Gravity Child's unique endurance or does this somehow involve his "unique run" as to what makes his skin so hard/uncuttable??? For instance, you can word this ability/make it better by crafting this as an ability that involves the hardening of arteries ( like so [click me]), here is an example or something you can use:

"By having him raise his blood pressure, he can cause his blood arteries to formulate clots; thus hardening a specific area that is about to cut or damaged. The drawback would be that he sacrifices oxygen and must hold his breath in order to use such a unique ability."

The duration of this ability, for Nemean's Cloak, I'll let you decide. But in exchange for that duration your cool-down will be bigger as this seems like a very strong technique for such a low-level rider.
SLICE OF REALITY: Okay, so, again. Grammar. Make sure everything is neat and tidy with your wording so we have a better understanding! ♥

For this ability, now, this doesn't seem...very explained. How does he have claws? Why does he have claws? If you want this, I have a better suggestion. You can have this ability, but you will have to explain that he had either the following: his nails were ripped off and replaced with titanium nails coated in paint to mask them as regular nails, but are very sharpened ( example being Inuyasha's claws) or he grew his real nails, sharpened them and so forth––although, the second part seems unrealistic so I would prefer you went with the first suggestion. Please explain length, how strong they are, durable all that jazz if you decide to go with the first suggestion!
