[break][break]
Simply put, Chancelor is the epitome of the term bro. He is easygoing, adventurous, and enjoys spending time with the people he deems friends. His fun loving and goofball personality helped him greatly when he was transitioning from life to America to life in Japan. He is a very intelligent young man with a solid grasp of both academic and street intelligence. When he moved to Japan, he quickly got accustomed to their culture—both cultural and traditional, so he found himself fitting in practically instantly. Being resourceful also helps too, but that only plays in favor of his intellectual prowess.
[break][break]
Chancelor is a hardworking bro with three talents he considers a "tri-fecta". He is a very good dancer, plays at a high level of basketball, and is a beast when on AirTreks. Being as good as he may be; as any real bro would be. Chancelor is cocky and talks a lot of crap when in competition. He is very overbearing in his smack talk, but in his mind he is entitled to all the words he speaks due to the insane amount of time he puts into his crafts even to this day. Despite it all, contrary to popular belief, Chancelor is very modest and is known to speak words of wisdom when such rare behavior is shown.
[break][break]
When he isn't being a bro, Chancelor is known to have a very serious side rarely ever shown—so rare in fact, those that are close to him swear it is a different person entirely. When Chancelor expresses such a side, there are no subtle jokes, no trash talking, and no goofball moments. He becomes a tactician, someone who stands in the background and simply watches the interaction and forges a full proof plan. The cheerful looks turn stoic and his voice deepens with a kingly presence about him. As rare as this may be, it also makes him an excellent leader many want to follow out of respect, loyalty, and love. Chancelor treats all people the same and sees the potential in everyone, it isn't out of character for the teenager to train or share sensitive moments with those he deems as friends. There is a very warm aura about the boy, something very familiar and welcoming to those willing to let him in.
[break][break]
Despite how he many act given most any situation, Chancelor has one goal in mind: and that goal is to locate his missing parents. He is riddled with grief and feels as if it is his duty to locate them and bring them home safely. He avoids speaking about the sensitive subject when asked about them, typically shifting the subject elsewhere with a joke or two. But deep down he is hurting and is nothing more but a child yearning to reunite with his mother and father. He feels as if no one can help him, so he'd be damned if he allowed another close to him feel even a fraction of the pain he feels. He is sympathetic and empathetic while having a slight hero-complex. But he is no fool, he will remain in his lane while providing all the assistance he can. But that is easier said than done for the teenager. Everyone has limits, but Chancelor Moore has yet to locate his own. And that in itself is truly terrifying.

Born in Seattle Washington, Chancelor Moore had a somewhat "lavish" upbringing. He was convinced into fame—both parents were renowned scientists who secretly worked on a government funded project simply known as "Project: HERCULES". Both were never really around despite having unconditional love for their own son of mixed blood.
[break][break]
Chancelor was a chip off the old block, he was an extremely intelligent infant with a knack for climbing and jumping. His mother, instead of reading him bedtime tales, read him her scientific thesis' and notes regarding whatever it was she was working on. Needless to say, as time went on and Chancelor grew to a young boy. He had a thing for engineering, but his real passion resided in playing and getting into mischief; the same as any six year old boy.
[break][break]
Growing up in Seattle wasn't all to tough on Chancelor. He made a lot of friends because he was a funny kid and a daredevil. All eyes were on him due to who his parents were so many a folk know who the child was despite only ever hearing about him. Despite being a local troublemaker, Chancelor was a good boy who got high markings in school. However, the older he became, the more he blossomed into a young man. The more he blossomed, the bigger the picture became.
[break][break]
From the age of ten and onward, the absence of his parents really hit the young Chancelor hard. Even though he lived in a big house with helpers that helped him study, Chancelor still managed to get involved in the wrong crowd. The once little harmless troublemaker turned into a law breaking hoodlum who one couldn't tell anything. Chancelor got involved with the law on many occasions, but time and time again he'd go back to what he was doing and the cycle would repeat. When his parents were around, he was back to being that good little kid with a knack for engineering. Though once they left that empty void returned and back to the streets he went. That was when a man he never meant moved from Japan to Washington to keep him Chancelor. This man? His grandfather, on his fathers side.
[break][break]
Chancelor and his grandfather got along swimmingly and hit it off almost instantly—his grandfather being the primary reason he picked up dancing and basketball. Chancelor and his grandfather did everything together, but Chancelor still had that rebellious spirit, so he'd sneak out from time to time to cause trouble throughout the city.
[break][break]
His parents gave him his first pair of AT's. They taught him how to ride and operate them and Chancelor mastered the motorized skates in no time at all. There were countless times where he reversed engineered them and witnessed the finer workings of the machines himself. His father caught him doing this one night and realized his son had a skill with AT's many more experienced riders lacked.
[break][break]
Fourteen and he was a somebody within the world of AirTreks, at least in his hometown. Chancelor rolled with The Killer Whales; a Seattle Storm Rider team. He was their primary Cube-goer and he won every battle he partook in. Though, in the world of AirTreks, word travels fast and his name ended up getting back to his parents. When they found out he was apart of a successful team and was actually succeeded, they decided to leave something with their beloved son; a pair of AirTreks; something they called Regalia. There words didn't ring within the boy, they spoke in riddle and were being short with him. But they did instruct he never use the Regalia; even suggested hiding it someplace only he'd know where they were. And he did just that, hide them and never spoke of it again.
[break][break]
A time shortly afterwards his parents went missing, men coming to their home and asking questions regarding a certain pair of AirTreks and throwing out the word Regalia here and there. Each time these men approached him, he played the part; telling them he had no idea what they were talking about. With his parents gone, vanishing without a trace. Chancelor ran away from home, leaving his Grandfather but making sure to take the Regalia's with him. He stayed with a friend, telling him what had happened and about the strange men coming to his home and asking about a specific pair of Regalia. But little did Chancelor, seeking comfort in this friend proved to be a fatal mistake. Because these mysterious men were already one step ahead of the young Regalia wielder.
[break][break]
He got a call a few days later informing him that his family manor has caught ablaze and collapsed. His Grandfather trapped within, dying alone. Chancelor rushed to the accident and saw the very place he use to live reduced to nothing more but a pile of charred wood. His custody was given to his auntie; on his mothers side. In secrecy, she bestowed a letter upon Chancelor; a letter from his mother which explained everything and was written months before the two main tragedies. She explained how both her and his father watched him develop into something they never could have predicated, and how bestowing the Regalia to him would ensure their life's work would continue on. They predicted their own abduction and even predicted their home being burn't down (minus the death of his Grandfather). The letter further went on and told him how he should just live his life the way he wants; how this is a battle they couldn't win. He wasn't about to let such injustices go without obtaining answers.
[break][break]
Chancelor contacted a relative in Japan, his cousin and explained what happened without really explaining the conspiracy behind everything. Needless to say, his family member flew him out to come live with him in attempt to sooth his aching soul. But in truth, Chancelor was going to the source of all this. He knew the truth lied somewhere in his fathers homeland, he just needed to find it under the guise of a Storm Rider.
